Section 324 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Commonwealth assistance for protecting declared World Heritage properties

(1) The Commonwealth may give financial or other assistance for the protection or conservation of a declared World Heritage property to: (a) a State or self-governing Territory in which the property occurs; or (b) any other person. (2) The giving of assistance may be made subject to such conditions as the Minister thinks fit.
