Section 324JF — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Publication of finalised priority assessment list

(1) The Australian Heritage Council must publish the finalised priority assessment list for an assessment period on the internet. (2) The Australian Heritage Council must also publish the finalised priority assessment list in accordance with any requirements of the regulations.
