Statute
Section 341K — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Listing process not affected by changing boundaries of a place
Text of the provision Official document
(1) This section is about compliance with a provision of Subdivision BA or BB that requires or permits an act to be done in relation to the place identified by express or implied reference to an earlier provision of that Subdivision. (2) It is sufficient compliance with the provision if the act is done in relation to a place whose boundary overlaps the boundary of the place identified by reference to the earlier provision. (3) This section does not affect the validity of the act so far as that depends on something other than the act being done in relation to the place.
