Section 341W — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Multiple plans in the same document

To avoid doubt, a plan for managing a Commonwealth Heritage place may be in the same document as: (a) one or more other plans for managing Commonwealth Heritage places; or (b) one or more other plans that this Act or another law of the Commonwealth requires or permits to be prepared.
