Section 341Y — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Commonwealth Heritage management principles

(1) The regulations must prescribe principles for managing Commonwealth Heritage places. The principles prescribed are the Commonwealth Heritage management principles. (2) The regulations may prescribe obligations to implement or give effect to the Commonwealth Heritage management principles. (3) A person must comply with the regulations to the extent that they impose obligations on the person.
