Section 341ZG — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Commonwealth assistance for protecting Commonwealth Heritage places

(1) The Commonwealth may give financial or other assistance for the identification, promotion, protection or conservation of a Commonwealth Heritage place to any person. (2) The Commonwealth may give the assistance subject to conditions.
