Section 34A — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Minister may only make declaration if prescribed criteria are met

The Minister may make a declaration under section 33 only if the Minister is satisfied that the declaration: (a) accords with the objects of this Act; and (b) meets the requirements (if any) prescribed by the regulations.
