Section 361 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Simplified outline of this Subdivision

The following is a simplified outline of this Subdivision: The Director must manage a Commonwealth reserve to give effect to a management plan for the reserve. If indigenous people think the Director is not doing this for a reserve including their land, they can take the matter up with the Minister. Commonwealth agencies must act so as not to contravene a management plan.
