Section 390K — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: The List of Overseas Places of Historic Significance to Australia

(1) The Minister must keep a written record of places in accordance with this Part. The record is called the List of Overseas Places of Historic Significance to Australia. (2) The List of Overseas Places of Historic Significance to Australia is not a legislative instrument.
