Section 390Q — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: List of Overseas Places of Historic Significance to Australia to be publicly available

The Minister must ensure that: (a) up-to-date copies of the List of Overseas Places of Historic Significance to Australia are available for free to the public on request; and (b) an up-to-date copy of the List is available on the internet.
