Section 409B — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Executing officer to be in possession of warrant

When executing a warrant, the executing officer must be in possession of: (a) the original warrant issued by the magistrate under section 409, or a copy of the original warrant as so issued; or (b) the original form of warrant completed under subsection 409A(6), or a copy of the original form as so completed.
