Section 465 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Duration of conservation orders

(1) A conservation order comes into force: (a) if a commencement day is specified in the order—on that day; or (b) otherwise—immediately after it is made. (2) The order remains in force: (a) for the period (if any) specified in the order; or (b) until it is revoked by the Minister.
