Section 480N — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Variation or revocation of remediation determination

(1) The Minister may, in writing, vary or revoke a remediation determination. (2) Sections 480F and 480G apply in relation to the variation or revocation of a remediation determination in the same way as they apply in relation to the making of a remediation determination.
