Section 50 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Minister may only enter into agreement if prescribed criteria are met

The Minister may enter into a bilateral agreement only if the Minister is satisfied that the agreement: (a) accords with the objects of this Act; and (b) meets the requirements (if any) prescribed by the regulations.
