Section 514T — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Application of money

(1) The money of the Australian National Parks Fund may be applied only: (a) in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations incurred by the Director in the performance of the Director’s functions; and (b) in payment of any remuneration, allowances and compensation payable under this Division or Division 4 of Part 15. (2) Subsection (1) does not prevent investment, under section 59 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013, of money that is not immediately required for the purposes of the Fund.
