Section 515P — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Use or disclosure with consent

An entrusted person may use or disclose relevant information that relates to a person if: (a) the person has consented to the use or disclosure; and (b) the use or disclosure is in accordance with that consent.
