Section 61 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Cancellation during suspension

Text of the provision Official document

(1) The Minister may give notice of the cancellation of the effect of a bilateral agreement even while its effect is suspended under section 59 or 60. (2) The cancellation may occur even though the period of suspension has not ended. (3) This section applies whether the cancellation or suspension has effect generally or in relation to actions in a specified class.
