Section 72 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Form and content of referrals

(1) A referral of a proposal to take an action must be made in a way prescribed by the regulations. (2) A referral of a proposal to take an action must include the information prescribed by the regulations. (3) A referral of a proposal to take an action may include alternative proposals relating to any of the following: (a) the location where the action is to be taken; (b) the time frames within which the action is to be taken; (c) the activities that are to be carried out in taking the action.
