Section 73 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Informing person proposing to take action of referral

Text of the provision Official document

As soon as practicable after receiving a referral under section 69 or 71 of a proposal by a person to take an action, the Minister must: (a) inform the person of the referral; and (b) invite the person to give the Minister relevant information about whether the action is a controlled action, within 10 business days.
