Section 73A — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Informing Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority of proposal affecting Great Barrier Reef Marine Park

If: (a) a proposal to take an action is referred to the Minister; and (b) the action, or a component of the action, is to be taken in the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park; the Minister must, as soon as practicable after receiving the referral, give a copy of the referral to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority.
