Section 81 — Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999: Application

(1) This Part applies to the assessment of the relevant impacts of an action that the Minister has decided under Division 2 of Part 7 is a controlled action. (2) This section has effect subject to sections 83 and 84. (3) This section does not limit section 82.
