In this Part: amended Act means this Act as amended by the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia’s Jobs and Economic Recovery) Act 2021. amending Act means the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia’s Jobs and Economic Recovery) Act 2021. commencement means the commencement of this Part.
