Section 466 — Fair Work Act 2009: Costs of legal challenges

(1) The regulations may provide for who is liable for costs incurred in relation to legal challenges to matters connected with a protected action ballot. (2) Regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1) may also provide for a person who is liable for costs referred to in that subsection to be indemnified by another person for some or all of those costs.
