Section 477 — Fair Work Act 2009: Applications by bargaining representatives

Application of this section (1) This section applies if a provision of this Part permits an application to be made by a bargaining representative of an employer that will be covered by a proposed single-enterprise agreement. Persons who may make applications (2) If the agreement will cover more than one employer, the application may be made by a bargaining representative of an employer that will be covered by the agreement, on behalf of one or more other such bargaining representatives, if those other bargaining representatives have agreed to the application being made on their behalf.
