Section 490 — Fair Work Act 2009: When right may be exercised

(1) The permit holder may exercise a right under Subdivision A, AA or B only during working hours. (2) The permit holder may hold discussions under section 484 only during mealtimes or other breaks. (3) The permit holder may only enter premises under Subdivision A, AA or B on a day specified in the entry notice or exemption certificate for the entry.
