Section 497 — Fair Work Act 2009: Producing entry permit

A permit holder must not exercise a State or Territory OHS right unless the permit holder produces his or her entry permit for inspection when requested to do so by the occupier of the premises or an affected employer. Note: This section is a civil remedy provision (see Part 4-1).
