Section 502 — Fair Work Act 2009: Person must not hinder or obstruct permit holder etc.

(1) A person must not intentionally hinder or obstruct a permit holder exercising rights in accordance with this Part, or otherwise act in an improper manner.. Note: This subsection is a civil remedy provision (see Part 4-1). (2) To avoid doubt, a failure to agree on a place as referred to in paragraph 483(5)(b), 483C(6)(b) or 483E(6)(b) does not constitute conduct referred to in subsection (1). (3) Without limiting subsection (1), that subsection extends to conduct that occurs after an entry notice is given but before a permit holder enters premises.
