Section 51 — Fair Work Act 2009: Definitions

In this Part: amending Act means the Fair Work Amendment (Paid Family and Domestic Violence Leave) Act 2022. deferred start day means the day after the end of the period of 3 months beginning on the day Schedule 2 to the amending Act commences. pre-commencement enterprise agreement means an enterprise agreement made before the commencement of Schedule 1 to the amending Act. small business employee means an employee whose employer was, on the day Schedule 1 to the amending Act commences, a small business employer (whether or not the employee was employed by the employer on that day).
