This Part deals with other rights and responsibilities. Division 2 is about the obligations of a national system employer if a decision is made to dismiss 15 or more employees for reasons of an economic, technological, structural or similar nature. Subdivision A of Division 2 deals with notifying the Chief Executive Officer of the Commonwealth Services Delivery Agency (Centrelink) about the proposed dismissals. Subdivision B of Division 2 provides for the FWC to make orders if the employer fails to notify and consult relevant industrial associations. Subdivision C of Division 2 provides that that Division does not apply in relation to certain employees. Division 3 is about the obligations of national system employers to make and keep employee records in relation to each of their employees and to give pay slips to each of their employees. Division 4 is about the obligations of national system employers in relation to advertising rates of pay.
