Section 536JC — Fair Work Act 2009: The significance of a minimum standards order applying to a person

(1) A minimum standards order does not impose obligations on a person, and a person does not contravene a term of a minimum standards order, unless the order applies to the person. (2) A minimum standards order does not give a person an entitlement unless the order applies to the person.
