Section 536JH — Fair Work Act 2009: When minimum standards guidelines are in operation

When minimum standards guidelines come into operation (1) Minimum standards guidelines come into operation on the day specified in the guidelines. (2) The specified day must not be earlier than the day on which the minimum standards guidelines are made. When a determination varying or revoking minimum standards guidelines comes into operation (3) A determination varying or revoking minimum standards guidelines comes into operation on the day specified in the determination. (4) The specified day must not be earlier than the day on which the determination is made. Minimum standards guidelines operate until revoked (5) Minimum standards guidelines continue in operation until they are revoked.
