When road transport contractual chain guidelines come into operation (1) Road transport contractual chain guidelines come into operation on the day specified in the guidelines. (2) The specified day must not be earlier than the day on which the road transport contractual chain guidelines are made. When a determination varying or revoking road transport contractual chain guidelines comes into operation (3) A determination varying or revoking road transport contractual chain guidelines comes into operation on the day specified in the determination. (4) The specified day must not be earlier than the day on which the determination is made. Road transport contractual chain guidelines operate until revoked (5) Road transport contractual chain guidelines continue in operation until they are revoked.
