Section 536PW — Fair Work Act 2009: Operation of a road transport contractual chain order during deferral

A road transport contractual chain order: (a) is not in operation during any period when a full deferral declaration in relation to the road transport contractual chain order is in operation; and (b) is in operation during any period when a part deferral declaration in relation to the road transport contractual chain order is in operation. Note: Although a road transport contractual chain order is in operation when a part deferral declaration is in operation in relation to the order, the order as a whole will not apply to specified classes of persons, or specified terms of the order will not apply to all persons or specified classes of persons, during that period.
