Section 580 — Fair Work Act 2009: Protection of FWC Members

An FWC Member has, in performing his or her functions or exercising his or her powers as an FWC Member, the same protection and immunity as a Justice of the High Court. Note: See also section 584B (which deals with protection of persons involved in handling etc. complaints about FWC Members).
