Section 581B — Fair Work Act 2009: Code of Conduct

(1) After consulting the other FWC Members, the President may determine a Code of Conduct for FWC Members. (2) Subsection (1) does not limit section 582 (which deals with directions by the President). (3) The Code of Conduct must be published on the FWC’s website or by any other means that the President considers appropriate. (4) A determination under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
