Section 612 — Fair Work Act 2009: FWC’s functions etc. may generally be performed by single FWC Member

(1) A function or power of the FWC may be performed or exercised by a single FWC Member (other than an Expert Panel Member), as directed by the President, except as provided by this Subdivision. Note: The President gives directions under section 582. (2) Action taken under subsection 508(1) (which deals with misuse of rights under Part 3-4) must be taken by a Vice President or a Deputy President, except as provided by section 615. (3) This section does not limit the power of the President to delegate a function or power of the FWC under section 625.
