Section 670 — Fair Work Act 2009: Staff
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The staff of the FWC must be persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999. (2) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999: (a) the General Manager and the staff of the FWC together constitute a Statutory Agency; and (b) the General Manager is the Head of that Statutory Agency.
