Section 671 — Fair Work Act 2009: Delegation by General Manager to staff

(1) The General Manager may, in writing, delegate all or any of his or her functions or powers to: (a) a member of the staff of the FWC who is an SES employee or acting SES employee; or (b) a member of the staff of the FWC who is in a class of employees prescribed by the regulations. (2) In performing functions or exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the General Manager. Note: See also sections 34AA and 34AB of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
