Section 757H — Fair Work Act 2009: Modification of meaning of pieceworker

Section 21 has effect as if the following paragraph were added at the end of subsection 21(1): (d) a non-national system employee who is in a class of employees prescribed by the regulations as pieceworkers for the purpose of the extended paid family and domestic violence leave provisions.
