Section 768BU — Fair Work Act 2009: How long a take-home pay order continues to apply

A take-home pay order made in relation to a transferring employee to whom a particular modern award applies continues to apply in relation to the employee (subject to the terms of the order) for so long as the modern award continues to cover the employee. Note: It does not matter if the modern award stops applying to the employee because an enterprise agreement starts to apply.
