Section 789GZD — Fair Work Act 2009: Function of the Forum

(1) The function of the National Construction Industry Forum is to provide advice to the Government in relation to work in the building and construction industry. (2) The matters in relation to which the Forum may provide advice include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) workplace relations; (b) skills and training; (c) safety; (d) productivity; (e) diversity and gender equity; (f) industry culture. (3) Matters for advice may be: (a) raised by the Government; or (b) agreed between the members of the Forum.
