Section 789GZE — Fair Work Act 2009: Membership

(1) The members of the National Construction Industry Forum are: (a) the Minister; and (b) the Infrastructure Minister; and (c) the Industry Minister; and (d) the members appointed by the Minister. (2) The Minister must appoint: (a) one or more members who have experience representing employees in the building and construction industry; and (b) an equal number of members who have experience representing employers in the building and construction industry, including at least one member who has experience representing contractors in the building and construction industry, and one member with experience in small to medium sized enterprises in the residential building sector. (3) The Minister may appoint any other person.
