Text of the provision Official document
(1) The views expressed at meetings of the National Construction Industry Forum are to be kept confidential. (2) However, this does not prevent members from: (a) reporting to the persons, bodies or organisations they represent; or (b) making announcements the members agree are in the public interest. (3) Within 14 working days of a meeting, the National Construction Industry Forum must publish on the Department’s website a public communique.
