Section 796 — Fair Work Act 2009: Regulations—general
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The Governor-General may make regulations prescribing matters: (a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or (b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act. (2) Regulations made under this Act prevail over procedural rules made under this Act, to the extent of any inconsistency.
