Section 102NC — Family Law Act 1975: Review of this Division

The Minister must cause a review of the operation of this Division to be commenced as soon as possible after: (a) the second anniversary of the commencement of this section; or (b) if, before the second anniversary, the regulations prescribe a day that is after the second anniversary—that day.
