Section 102QAG — Family Law Act 1975: Granting application for leave

Text of the provision Official document

(1) The court may make an order granting the application for leave only if it is satisfied that the proceedings are not frivolous, vexatious or an abuse of process, and have reasonable prospects of success. (2) An order under subsection (1) may be made subject to the conditions the court considers appropriate.
