Section 10KC — Family Law Act 1975: Definition of CCS practitioner

A CCS practitioner is an individual who is accredited as a CCS practitioner under the Accreditation Rules. Note: The Accreditation Rules may have the effect that an individual who operates as a sole trader providing children’s contact services will need to be accredited as both a CCS practitioner and a CCS business.
