Section 90XZF — Family Law Act 1975: Service of documents on trustee
Text of the provision Official document
(1) If a document is required or permitted to be served for the purposes of this Part on the trustee of an eligible superannuation plan, the document may be served in any of the ways in which a document may be served under the Rules of Court. (2) Subsection (1) is in addition to any other method of service permitted by law.
