Section 10 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2)

(1) The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) is: (a) a court of record; and (b) a court of law and equity. (2) The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) consists of the following: (a) a Chief Judge; (b) 2 Deputy Chief Judges; (c) such other Judges as from time to time hold office in accordance with this Act.
