Section 129 — Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021: Dual appointments

Chief Judge (1) Nothing in this Act prevents the Chief Judge of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) from being appointed to, and holding at the same time, the office of Chief Justice of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1). Deputy Chief Judge (Family Law) (2) Nothing in this Act prevents the Deputy Chief Judge (Family Law) of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) from being appointed to, and holding at the same time, the office of Deputy Chief Justice of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1).
